Truly the most magical venue in London – Simon Drakes House of Magic is located in Kennington on three minutes walk from the tube station.
When you arrive you walk through the private totally-walled enchanted garden into the venue. This area is used for smoking, to cool off and let our House Photographer take your photo.
Please do not take photos with your phones! Always as the House Photographer.
Upon entering the venue there is a full bar and an open fireplace. The bar takes cash and cards. This is a great place to greet friends old and new. There is also a cloakroom for bags and coats.
Pizza maybe be ordered prior to arrival only. So do that now. Eating at tables in the main part of the House of Magic cabaret auditorium. Arriving at 6.30 to get the maximum time in latex, but making sure sustenance is taken care of.
Automatas fill each room, and many have been made by Simon himself. Bring some loose change to see them in motion.
Upstairs you will find the drawing room. Arrive early to use this space to get changed. There are only a few toilets, which are tiny, so don’t expect to get ready in those.
Simon Drake is a world renowned magician having had his own television show,. The Secret Cabaret. When the venue is not filled with latex clad bodies you can visit to see Simon is action. All his magic events include:

Back to Cult details, the shows start on the dot of 10pm. After the first two shows by Swannee and Lady Margot, there will be a gap of 30 minutes for them to get changed and ready for their second shows.
